• Formation of foreign investment company (“PMA Company”) or domestic investment company (“PMDN Company”) and related services, including assessment of investment opportunities with regard to feasibility of business lines, obtainment of license and permits, liaison with relevant institutions.
• Compliance assistance relating to business expansion, change of investment plan, reporting, etc.
• Consultation on the formation and operation and other legal aspects of various business entities, such as representative offices.
